Important: STK Finanzen is an intermediary in banking operations and payment services (IOBSP) registered with ORIAS under number 12 345 678. We are not a credit institution.

• Facilitation of introductions with partner financial institutions
• Support in loan application procedures
• Simulation and feasibility study of projects
• Personalized file follow-up

Nature of our activity: As an intermediary, we facilitate access to credit through our approved financial partners. The final decision to grant credit rests exclusively with the partner financial institutions.

To use our services, you must:

• Be of legal age (18 or older)
• Reside in metropolitan France
• Have the legal capacity to contract
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not be on a banking blacklist

We reserve the right to refuse our services to any person not meeting these conditions.

Minimum term: All our loans have a minimum repayment term of 61 days or more.

Variable APR: The APR may vary depending on your profile, the amount, and the duration. Final terms will be communicated in the loan offer.

1. Online simulation: Use our simulator to estimate your monthly payments
2. Loan application: Fill out the online application form
3. File review: Our team reviews your application within 48 hours
4. Proposal: If eligible, we present one or more offers
5. Transmission: Your file is sent to the partner financial institution
6. Final decision: The financial institution makes the granting decision

Right of withdrawal: You have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw after signing the loan contract.

Our services are compensated by commissions paid by the partner financial institutions. These commissions are included in the APR and do not increase the cost of credit for the borrower.

Transparency: The APR includes all fees (interest, processing fees, commissions, insurance if applicable).

No hidden fees: No fees are charged in advance for the study of your file.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Respect document transmission deadlines
• Not use our services for fraudulent purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Immediately report any change in circumstances

Any false declaration may result in the rejection of your application and legal proceedings.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data for:

• Transmission to partner financial institutions
• Anti-fraud and anti-money laundering efforts
• Improvement of our services

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
